SVVD Arkiton Studio was founded in 2016 by Architect S.V.Kamesh Reddy B.Arch., MSc (Sweden), and Interior designer Deepica Reddy (Singapore). We are based in Chennai and specialized in Minimalist Architecture, Interior and Landscape design. Our goal is to design spaces that make a positive difference in the community. That’s why people are at the heart of everything we do. There’s so much more to architecture than what meets the eye. Every project has a story and as we design, we help tell it. Several ideas ignite our passion and keep us focused on what matters. These core values are the building blocks of who we are and what we stand for. We aspire to go above and beyond to achieve aesthetic appeal and high efficiency to help our clients to maximizes building performance, holistically. And to do so in a way that’s carefully customised for each client, community, project, and site.

Architecture

We create the best interiors through the ergonomic layout we prepare beforehand. Construction

We construct your commercial space or residential property within the budget limit you give. We consider the safety and quality of the construction at topmost priorities. Our team includes experts for each construction requirement of the structure such as the waterworks, electrical arrangement, carpentry needs, and all that comes under the vicinity of construction services. Our schedule management enables us to devise a comprehensive plan covering the whole project from forming the base structure to the end outcome. The progress of the construction is continually monitored and the client is informed of all the relevant happenings.
